With more than 20 years of experience in companies and authorities in the energy and natural resources sector, Diana has been involved in a wide range of projects, including mergers, acquisitions and privatisations, and has extensive experience in the development of energy projects as well as in regulatory issues relating to the day-to-day business of companies operating in this market.
Diana has practiced corporate and commercial law, including specific issues related to the life of companies, such as reorganization, transfer of shares, management contracts, shareholder agreements, shareholder disputes, drafting and negotiating contracts. She also has impressive experience in the employment field, where she has coordinated or been involved in a wide variety of projects, including personnel restructuring, company transfers, negotiation of collective labour agreements, etc.
Diana has an in-depth mastery of the public procurement field, with considerable experience in dealing with the different stages of public procurement procedures, as well as managing the legal risks arising from the applicable legal framework. Diana has coordinated teams preparing such procedures, led tender committees, organised the representation of contracting authorities in public procurement litigation, both before the CNSC and the courts.
