Prior to joining BUDUȘAN & ASSOCIATES, Liana practiced corporate and contract law, assisting clients in the energy and pharmaceutical industries and representing them in negotiations and commercial litigation.
With more than 20 years of legal practice, her areas of expertise include fraud against the financial interests of the European Union, public procurement fraud, corruption and professional offences, tax evasion, financial and insurance fraud, embezzlement, corporate fraud and intellectual property offences.
